KDC Health Beauty – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Window

KDC Health Beauty accepts return requests within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be unused, unopened, odor-free, and in original, resalable condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

  • Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to shipment

Returns submitted without authorization will be refused.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email info.kdchealthbeauty@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s)

  3. Requests are reviewed within 24–48 business hours

  4. Approved requests will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

  5. The RAN must be clearly written on the outside of the return package


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used personal care products (unless defective or damaged)

  • Items returned due to personal preference

  • Special Orders and Wholesale Orders

  • Products with altered, damaged, or missing packaging

  • Products with any odor or signs of use

KDC Health Beauty reserves the right to deny refunds for products that cannot be resold.


Restocking & Processing Fees

  • 20% restocking fee – Authorized returns

  • 30% restocking fee – Unauthorized returns

  • 50% restocking fee – Refused or unclaimed deliveries

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds or store credits are issued within 21 days after returned items are received and inspected

  • Refunds are applied to the original payment method

  • Each order qualifies for one exchange only


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

What Qualifies as Damage

  • Cracked or broken containers

  • Spilled contents due to breakage

  • Broken products

Minor leaks, cosmetic scratches, dents, or packaging imperfections do not qualify as damage.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment incur a 15% cancellation fee

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted to info.kdchealthbeauty@gmail.com

  • Cancellation is valid only after confirmation by Customer Service

Orders refused at delivery are subject to all applicable restocking and return fees.


Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be made by calling +1 (718) 690-4633

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • No restocking fee applies to exchanges

  • A $8.95 reshipping fee applies to U.S. orders

  • Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and approved


Refused or Unauthorised Returns

  • Refused shipments incur a 50% restocking fee

  • Returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses incur a 30% cancellation fee

  • UPS rerouting fee: $15.00

  • International and Post Office shipments cannot be rerouted

Unauthorized returns include used items, damaged packaging, altered products, or merchandise not eligible for resale.


Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days

  • Shipping timelines depend on the method selected at checkout

  • Orders over $200 may require a delivery signature

  • Incorrect billing or shipping information may cause shipment delays


Shipping Delays

KDC Health Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays or service interruptions

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.


Lost, Missing, or Delivered Packages

  • Delivery issues must be reported within 30 days

  • Carrier tracking confirmation is accepted as proof of delivery

  • Responsibility transfers to the carrier once the package is accepted

  • Claims must be filed through the carrier’s insurance

  • Claims must be submitted within 90 days

We do not ship to freight forwarders or secondary shipping services.


Payments & Currency

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars

  • Refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars

  • International customers may incur currency conversion fees from their bank

  • Authorization holds are controlled solely by your bank
