Return Policy
KDC Health and Beauty will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of the invoice. All products must be in sellable condition and in their original packaging.
All customers must provide us with the item’s picture they have to return to verify the sellable condition of the products. Only then customer service are getting to be able to send to the customer return authorization number.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it's shipped, you will be assessed a cancelation fee of 15% before credit is issued. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processer and sent for shipment as soon as they're placed. During the tactic we incur irreversible fees. Exchange Policy:

Refused and unapproved returns:
Any refused package is subject to a 50% Restocking Fee. For any shipments returned to us thanks to a nasty address, refusal upon delivery, there'll be a further shipping and handling cost of 30% of your order subtotal minus an applied discount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you provide an incorrect address to ship and that we got to reroute your package, UPS rerouting fee is $15.00. International/Post Office shipments can't be rerouted.
All unapproved returns are subject to 50% restocking fee. Unapproved returns are the merchandise that was used, packages torn, worn and every one other conditions during which the merchandise can't be sold again.

Product Eligibility:
- Eligible product(s): must be in original and excellent factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days of order placement. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time-frame selected on the form .
NOTE: If we are unable to satisfy our obligation to ship any order, we'll refund the quantity charged to the first Mastercard.
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to vary all of sudden . Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. we'll notify you of any corrections or changes and invite your approval before we complete your order.
Shipping Delays:

Concerns on delivery or failure to receive orders.
- All returns and or concerns about delivery, processing, and failing to receive the order must be made within 30daysof the first order. If you create an error within the order and therefore the item ships, you'll return the item and obtain credit.
- All orders over $200may require a signature upon receipt.
- You are accepting USPS Tracking as proof of delivery and if that shows the package was delivered, you'll accept that as proof that the item arrived. We obviously cannot guarantee the delivery to any address, that's the work of local postal authorities. - We'll not send our orders to a secondary shipper. We lose track of the order when a secondary shipper is involved and that we cannot understand where within the process the order could also be located. due to these circumstances, we'll never ship to a secondary shipper.
- You'll have 90 days to form a claim for any lost property or mail you claim that wasn't delivered.
CREDIT CARDS/DEBIT CARDS:
If it's necessary to cancel an order placed with a open-end credit , we don't have any way of "canceling" or "releasing" an authorization. Only your bank can do that . The authorization will eventually expire and therefore the "hold" on your account are going to be released, but the quantity of your time is decided by your bank and that we don't have access thereto information.
All of our prices are in US Dollars and every one Mastercard charges and refunds are going to be made in US Dollars. If you employ a world (non-US) Mastercard , you'll be charged foreign currency conversion fees by your bank.
